I have been around for 75 summers saw racing when the only thing between the fans and the cars was a rope .when the driver changed his own tires, when ppl would try to push a car that got stuck , and when the race was over they drove the car home, (if it was still running ). I owned my own trucking company for 20 years and am now retired. we have been married 53 years and counting and have have 6 children 2 of
which are walking the winds of time. we have 9 grand children. we enjoy traveling and we
enjoy watching the races but not as much as we used to, to many comm. now its 5 laps of racing between comm.. wife's driver is Carl Edwards , mine is Jimmy Johnson, then Gordon .
